Nancy Bergman, formerly from San Francisco, CA, is the broker and owner of Casa Granada Properties. She has been living and working in Nicaragua for the past 7 years in property management and sales. She’s also co-owner and supervised the construction of Casa San Francisco Hotel.. San Simian Eco-Lodge in Laguna de Apoyo is another one of her business ventures. Head of Sales is Carlos Guiterrez. Carlos started his career in Managua and ventured to Granada as a sales representative of the Nica Times. He has been with Casa Granada Properties for more than 3 years and specialized in the rural and beach properties. Timothy Wood originally from Australia is our outside sales associate and brings knowledge of landscaping, native plants and trees. Gabriel Mateus works with us in our sales office but has his own separate business for rentals and property management.
